Getting started
How do I install Wardento?
Install it from the Google Workspace Marketplace in one click. There's no separate app to open - detection runs from inside Google Meet.
Does the person I'm interviewing need to install anything?
No. They just need to be in the Meet call - our bot joins like any other participant, and the check runs on whoever you select.
Why wasn't my bot admitted?
The bot joins as a normal participant and needs a host to admit it from the Meet lobby or the People panel. Sessions where the bot is never admitted are refunded automatically.
Detection
Can I check more than one participant at a time?
Only one participant per account can be analyzed at a time. Stop the active session, then start a new one to check someone else.
What does an inconclusive result mean?
Signals landed in the middle band rather than a clear safe or danger read. Low light, heavy compression, and virtual backgrounds can all raise scores without a deepfake being present - see how scoring works.
What's the difference between Manual and Auto mode?
Manual runs a check on demand, reviewing the moment you trigger it. Auto checks periodically for the rest of the session with no interaction needed. See detection modes for plan availability.
Privacy & data
Is meeting video or audio stored?
It's analyzed live and never stored by default. Only the clip behind a flagged check is saved as video proof, for as long as your retention window allows - see proofs & recap.
Can I delete my data?
Yes - delete individual sessions or your entire history any time from the web app. Billing records are kept as required by law even after a full delete.
