One balance, three things that use it
Every plan comes with a monthly credit allowance. Three things draw from it during a session:
Time the bot is in your call
Metered from join to release, whether it's checking or just holding your seat - bots are shared, so holding one keeps it unavailable to others.
The proof it captures
Each detection saves a short video and audio clip as evidence, kept for as long as your plan's retention window.
Each analysis check
Every deepfake check run against those captures - periodically in Auto mode, or whenever you trigger one in Manual mode.
What's always free

- Changing detection mode, retention, or account settings
- The 100 credits every new account starts with, on us
Plans reset every month
Your plan's credit allowance renews on your billing date. Unused credits don't roll over, so there's no benefit to sitting on them - what you don't use resets to your plan's allowance, not added on top of it.
See plan allowancesIf you run out mid-call
Detection stops gracefully: the bot leaves the meeting on its own and the extension shows a prompt to upgrade or wait for your next reset. Never a surprise charge - your balance simply can't go below what you've got.
Common questions
Do I get charged for installing the extension?
No. Nothing is charged until a bot actually joins a call for you.
Do unused credits carry over?
No - your balance resets to your plan's monthly allowance on your billing date rather than accumulating.
Does the bot cost credits if I haven't started detection yet?
Yes. The bot's seat in your call is metered from the moment it joins, since it's occupying a bot slot whether or not checks are running. Release it as soon as you're done to stop the meter - it also frees your seat for the next person in the queue.
Where can I see how many credits I've used?
Open Credits & Usage in your Wardento account - it shows your current balance, renewal date, and a weekly usage summary.
